About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inbuilding Optimization Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Ericsson equipment and tools, dedicated to supporting venue and enterprise inbuilding projects in the Las Vegas market. This is a field-focused role requiring on-site presence for RF testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of RF experience, with 3+ years focused on inbuilding optimization
Proven experience with Ericsson LTE/5G equipment and KPIs.
Expertise with tools such as TEMS, Actix, QXDM, PCTEL scanner, and ENM
Familiarity with iBwave design validation and coordination with design teams
Hands-on experience in indoor systems including DAS, small cells, and neutral host environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced deployment environment
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
Key Responsiblities
Review inbuilding walk and drive testing using TEMS, PCTEL scanners, and associated tools.;Analyze KPIs and logs using Ericsson OSS (ENM), TEMS Discovery, Actix, and Atoll.;Conduct pre- and post-launch RF optimization including PCI planning, neighbor optimization, and parameter tuning.;Create and present optimization reports to both internal teams and customer stakeholders.;Interface with RF engineering teams, construction, and field teams to support troubleshooting and performance improvements.;Execute acceptance testing (ATP), validate DAS and small cell deployments.;Work closely with OEM logs and troubleshooting tools for Ericsson (e.g., CellTrace, MOS logs).;Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and performance thresholds.
